Chat GPT is an excellent tool in your toolbelt, but is it good enough to replace humans?

The tech industry is going wild for artificial intelligence right now. Technology that was years away just a year ago has fast-tracked in the last few months. 2023 is set up to be a game-changing year for the way business generates content.

So is content writing being replaced by a sleek machine-driven technology? The answer is no.

AI is growing fast, and it will be a large part of our future, but there are a couple of important factors, that will keep it’s growth controlled and manageable.

1. Writing AI vs Human Writing.

You can’t replace humans!

While we are a human society talking to other humans, we will always need a human writer to add the elements of creativity, heart and emotion and our unique humanity that can not be replaced by machines.

And while some of the hot AI platforms being used for content are really hitting some big boundaries, you can’t replace the human touch. You can replicate it, but you can’t replace it.

Some of the platforms that are becoming popular other than Chat GPT, are Jasper, Grammarly and many others. You can check out some of the popular ones HERE.

2. Currently, AI is expensive.

AI is growing exponentially, and as many platforms are growing, they are becoming more affordable to use. But developing the platforms and technology is a costly initiative, and whether a business is ready to carry that remains to be seen.

The wider world of AI, like AI-driven cars and robotics being used in industrial automation, is very expensive to develop and run.

Using AI writing platforms to generate ideas and topics and even setting out a writing plan or content calendar are some of the ways AI can be a game changer.

Ultimately, technology is there to serve us and to help add to our craft, not take away from it.

So if anything, AI will make us all better content writers, and when you hire us to write for you, you will be getting the world at your feet.
